Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, VIDRAN will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.

Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point the customer is eligible for a refund or to have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

    I would like to Exchange my items?

    Do not like the colour? Or the size doesn’t fit? Want some other product in place of the one you ordered? No worries. We offer 1-time complimentary Size exchange or Product exchange for any of our orders. You can initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. 

    1. Pick up of order items within 24-48 working hours. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in the package received. The new package is shipped by us containing the new items and delivered to you.
    2. Exchange Process Timeline: 3-5 days
    3. IMPORTANT: The items need to be unused, tags intact and unaltered. In case the above conditions are not met the exchange request will not be accepted.

    Customer Query: Why does it take 5-7 days for the package to be delivered to you, where as you order delivery takes only 2 days or so?

    Answer: The reverse pickup companies usually use Surface mode of shipments due to which it takes more time for the reverse pickup shipments to be delivered to us.
